Oficina de Pintura Meditativa ~ Osho Pankaj, Dezembro de 2012

Trabalhei como facilitadora da Oficina de Pintura Meditativa no Fim de Semana de Meditação no Osho Pankaj Meditation Center em Sapucaia, RJ, em Dezembro de 2012. Uma oficina de pintura livre inserida no contexto das Osho Meditações Ativas Dinâmica e Kundalini, além do trabalhado de conscientização corporal com Yoga e Reiki, uma alimentação orgânica e o contato com a natureza. Novamente, trabalhei com um exercício de catarse e harmonização das energias feminina e masculina através do desenho, e a proposta de se abrir para a pintura a partir do silêncio e quietude após a observação da natureza. Pude sentir o momento em que o silêncio desceu sobre o grupo, inicialmente muito falante. Um silêncio quase palpável... Compartilho aqui, junto com as pinturas de Prabhat, Vanessa e Prakasho, aquela que considero minha primeira pintura sem planejamento prévio, possível apenas graças à energia acolhedora e inspiradora tecida pelo grupo.

I worked as a facilitator of the Meditative Painting Workshop during the Meditation Weekend at Osho Meditation Center in Sapucaia Pankaj, Rio de Janeiro, in December 2012. A painting class within the context of Osho Active Meditations Dynamic and Kundalini, body awareness though Yoga and Reiki, organic foods and contact with nature. Again, I worked with an exercise for catharsis and harmonization of feminine and masculine energies through drawing, and the idea of opening up to the painting from the silence and stillness after the observation of nature. I could feel the moment when silence descended on the group, very talkative at the begining. Almost a palpable silence... Sharing here, along with paintings by Prabhat, Vanessa and Prakasho, that which I consider my first painting without previous planning, possible only thanks to the warmth and inspiring energy woven by the group.
